These Terms explain the rules for using Utilido. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and understand that the tools are provided as practical online utilities, not as professional legal, financial, medical, or security advice.

Purpose of the Site

Utilido exists to serve users with fast, free, browser-friendly utilities for everyday file, text, developer, design, calculator, and conversion tasks. It also acts as a portfolio project for Benchehida Abdelatif, the creator behind Beniverse, demonstrating practical full-stack engineering, performance-minded design, and privacy-aware product development.

Using Utilido

You may use Utilido for lawful personal, educational, and business tasks. You are responsible for the content you upload, paste, convert, calculate, or download, and for checking that any result is suitable for your use case.

• Do not upload, generate, or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not bypass rate limits, security checks, or access controls.
• Do not use the tools to violate another person's rights, privacy, or intellectual property.

Your Files and Inputs

You keep ownership of your files, text, and other inputs. You give Utilido the limited permission needed to process your input, return an output, provide downloads, apply rate limits, protect the service, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Keep your original files before running a conversion or document operation. Utilido is designed to be useful, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or sending them to someone else.

Availability and Limits

Utilido may apply limits to file size, request volume, processing time, feature access, or download availability. Limits can change as the site grows and as abuse patterns or infrastructure costs change.

• Anonymous usage may be limited to help keep the service available.
• Some tools may apply reasonable local limits to protect browser performance on very large files.
• Some features may be changed, paused, removed, or replaced without notice.

Ads, Monetization, and Future Paid Options

Utilido is currently built to give users useful tools without requiring an account. To support hosting, development, and maintenance, the site may introduce advertising in the future, including third-party ads such as Google AdSense.

We may also introduce a low-cost yearly or one-time paid option that removes ads. Any paid option would be presented clearly before purchase. Free access may continue with ads, limits, or both.

Third-Party Services

Utilido may rely on third-party services for hosting, security, verification, analytics, payments, ads, or infrastructure. These providers are responsible for their own services and policies.

No Professional Advice

Calculators, converters, developer utilities, crypto unit converters, and document tools are provided for convenience. Results may be affected by user input, browser behavior, file structure, rounding, format limitations, or implementation limits. Always verify important outputs independently.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Utilido is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to make the tools useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, compatibility with every file, or that the service will meet every requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Utilido and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or problems caused by use of the tools.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Utilido changes. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may block, limit, suspend, or remove access for users or traffic that appears abusive, unlawful, unsafe, automated in a harmful way, or disruptive to the service.
