PDF merge, split, and watermark without a cloud upload step

PDF packets often include signatures, tax IDs, or medical details. Uploading them to a generic converter site adds a copy you may not need. Utilido PDF utilities build output in memory with pdf-lib and offer a download link in the same tab.

Order before merge

Rename files or sort the list in the order readers expect. Merging does not fix backwards appendices. Rotate sideways scans before merge if your viewer shows them incorrectly.

After download

• Open page 1 and the last page in a desktop viewer.
• Spot-check section boundaries on long reports.
• Apply watermarks only after structure is final.

Metadata vs redaction

Editing title or author fields does not remove visible text. Redaction still requires an approved process in your organization. Review outputs before external email.
